1. Eligibility for Returns:
o Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for a return or exchange however certain products are subject to the specific return policies and procedures set by the manufacturer.
o The items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that certain items cannot be returned, please see list below under Non-Returnable Items.
o Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Return an Item:
o Step 1: Contact Us First
Before initiating your return, please reach out to us via email at support@synergyraceparts.com. This step helps us guide you through the process and ensure everything goes smoothly.
o Step 2: Return the Item
If your return is eligible, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. If applicable, use the return label pertaining to your order to send your item back.
o Step 3: Include Proof of Purchase
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return to help us process it quickly and accurately.
3. Return Costs & Fees:
o You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.
o A 30%restockingfee will be applied to all returns.
4. Proper Packaging:
o For your protection, please ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to improper packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
o All returned items will be inspected before processing a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are compatible with your vehicle, meet your required specifications, and will fit properly. We highly recommend verifying fitment, spacing, and measurements before placing an order.

- Please note that we are not responsible for issues related to improper fitment or compatibility after the order has been placed.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
- Fuel system components
- Fittings
- Liquids & Hazardous materials
- Downloadable software
- Electronics
- Used, installed, or improperly handled items
- Gift cards
- Custom Wheels are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Final Sale Products:

Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items are usually offered at a discount and cannot be returned under any circumstances, including if purchased as a gift.

Promo codes do not apply to Final Sale items.
Defects:
- Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any defects, damage, missing items, or discrepancies from the order must be reported in writing by email to support@synergyraceparts.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- If a defect is reported, Synergy Race Parts LLC must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods. If no notice is received within 24 hours, the goods will be considered accepted and free from defects or damage.
- If Synergy Race Parts LLC confirms that the goods are defective and eligible for return, its responsibility is limited to replacement of the goods in accordance with the manufacturer's policies, at its discretion.
Order Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel an order, we can assist you—just reach out before the item ships!
- Orders canceled prior to shipment will incur a 10%cancellationfee to cover processing costs.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your cancellation request. A confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your order once it’s completed.
