Return/Cancellation Policy

*We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our return policy. Please note Final Sale products/items are final.

Return Policy

Please return within 30 days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days have expired.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This does not apply to Final Sale items purchased. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of the original receipt with the return.

All eligible return orders will be charged a 30% Restocking Fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing. All returns are subject to inspection.

Some items may not be returnable such as: 

  • Fuel system components
  • Fittings
  • Liquids & Hazardous materials
  • Downloadable software products
  • Electronics
  • Items used, installed, or shipped/handled/packaged improperly by the customer
  • Gift cards

PLEASE NOTE: All Custom Wheels are Final Sale.

If any changes need to be made to order due to incorrect information provided by customer for proper fit/ bolt pattern etc. then wheels and any wheel items are subject to a 30% restocking fee per the manufacture.

 

Final Sale Products/Items

What is a Final Sale?
It is a sale where all purchases as Final Sale products/items are considered final. This means that once you buy a final sale item, including but not limited to new and used Final sale products/items, you cannot return or exchange it. Final sale products/items are typically offered at reduced prices compared to full retail prices. Final Sale products/items cannot be returned or exchanged, inclusive of final sale products/items that were purchased as a gift. Promo codes will not apply to this final sale product/items. "Reduced price merchandise with "Final Sale" in the description may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Order Cancellations

Any order that is cancelled prior to being shipped will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing fees. Please allow 2-3 days to process your cancellation request. We will send an email to the email associated with the original order confirming your cancellation.

 

Refunds 

Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 10 days from the date we receive your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the account you originally used to purchase the merchandise. Please be aware that your bank may take 7-10 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. Shipping charges are not refundable. Transaction processing fees are not refundable. All returns and refunded orders will be charged a 30% Restocking fee.
